We take your phone number as part of the process but we will never call it unless you explicitly ask us to. The only ways we contact you are Email and WhatsApp. We do not operate a call centre. We do not have outbound sales targets. Your phone stays quiet.

Business owners are busy. You don't have time for a 20-minute discovery call just to find out if your current energy rate is competitive. You want the facts, in writing, so you can review them when it suits you.
By removing the phone call, we remove the pressure. It forces us to be clear, concise, and transparent in our written communication.
"What if I want to speak to someone?"
You can email us or message us on WhatsApp with any questions. We reply promptly and clearly. But we will not phone you. If your query is incredibly complex, we will handle it via detailed written correspondence so you have a complete record of what was said.
